The fund raising committee spearheaded the following fund raising events which yielded profits as outlined below: The goal of the committee was to raise $10,000.00 during this fiscal year which was exceeded.
General Meeting – 10/17/2010
Committee Members- Beverly DeAndrade- Waaldijk, Pauline Roman-Willis, Jennifer Harding, Renata Stoll, Lorraine Croft-Farnell, Ingrid Thomas-Clark, Carol Cholmondeley-Jonas & Mumel Jones
Our year began with Memorial Day dance, which was held on Sunday May 30th, which netted a profit of $4,112.14.
The Tri-School Fund Raiser with St. Stanislaus, and St. Joseph and St. Rose’s was held on September 4th, 2010. We have not finalized the income and expenditure statements with the other two schools. We have submitted our receipts from ticket sales and the sale of the bar chits and our expenses. We are waiting for the final statement from St. Stanislaus since they have to account for the cost of the drinks and the value of the unused drinks.
