OBJECTIVE: To listen to the masses of Alumna so that a strategy for their concerns and involvement can be better realized.

MODERATION AND FORMAT:
3 minutes to state; concerns, offer your suggestions, and how you are willing help make a difference

Callers who wish to share, shall:

1. Disclose Name
2. Calling location

SEGMENT SUMMARY:
Capture of main theme within that segment. There may be a response in the form of a statement for position and clarity from a Committee Co-chair or Executive Board member.

ANNOUNCEMENTS: Every 15 minutes except for final half hour of conference.

CONFERENCE ROUNDUP: 9:45pm EST.

MEETING ADJOURNMENT: 10pm EST.
