RE:            Election of New Executive Board for 2012-2013

Dear Fellow Alumni,

Some members of the current Executive Board have completed their terms of service and are not eligible for re-election in their current positions.  As per our bylaws, the Executive Board must be elected from amongst the financial members who have voting rights.  The positions that remain to be filled are President, Treasurer, Secretary and one Board Member. 

We are now asking you to take up the mantle of Serviam by accepting nominations/positions on the EB, and committing to continue the work we formally began when we became incorporated.  We would like to remind you that our alma mater depends on the contributions we provide to enhance the school experience for the current students.

A reminder of our mission:

To establish a network among past pupils of the St. Rose's High School worldwide;

To improve the quality of education and environment of St. Rose's High School; and

To raise funds so as to meet the needs of present faculty, staff, and students of St. Rose's by utilizing our membership resources.

Please do not let the fact that you reside outside of the State of New York be a deterrent to volunteering for the Board, as we have successfully teleconferenced in the past.

Attached is a list of eligible members, rules of the various Board positions, membership application form and a nomination sheet.  You can nominate anyone on the list including yourself.  Please complete the nomination sheet and return to us by March 25, 2012.  If you are not yet a financial member, please take this opportunity to complete the form and mail to us with your check.  You can also register online using PayPal.
